Decent little animation; feels like something from classic NG. If possible, though, see if you can tick the 'Works with ruffle' box on the publishing page so it embeds into the site. Right now, the only way it can be viewed is through the external Newgrounds Player.

It's a bit messy and hard to tell what's going on at specific points, but you clearly have a good sense of motion and perspective going on here. Nice work.
